What is SavingsAceSM?

SavingsAce is a discount shopping program that offers members up to 20% cash back for purchases at their favorite online stores. In addition, members accumulate bonus cash back with games, polls, rebates and other incentives.

How do I earn and receive cash back from SavingsAce?

To earn cash back, simply log in as a SavingsAce member, click on a specific merchant's offer, and complete a purchase on the merchant's website. The cash back that you earn through your purchase(s) will be applied to your Cash Back Account. You can track your cash-back earnings on the "My Orders" page, which you can access via a link on the "My Account" page. (Once you've earned cash back, your cash-back information will also appear in the upper left-hand corner of your home page. Your Cash Back Reward payout is limited to $1000 per month and will be credited to the card on file. Additionally, your Price Protection rebates are limited to 5 rebates per month and each rebate is not to exceed $100.)

Your Monthly Cash Back Balance will be updated whenever you make a qualifying purchase. (Your monthly balance will reset at $0 on the first day of each new month and remain there until you earn cash back that month.)

Within the first three to five days of the month after you make your purchase(s), we'll apply your cash-back reward to the credit or debit card you used to enroll in SavingsAce. To receive your cash back, you must still be a member of SavingsAce at the time your cash back is applied to your credit or debit card.

What types of purchases qualify for cash back?

Virtually every purchase you make on a participating merchant's site will qualify for cash back (Your Cash Back Reward payout is limited to $1000 per month), as long as you access the merchant's site through a link on SavingsAce. If you go directly to a merchant's site to make a purchase, that purchase will not qualify for cash back.

However, specific terms and conditions may apply for each merchant. Please check for individual policies on each merchant's information page. Please also check the valid offer dates for specials and elevated cash-back rewards. To do so, click on any category listed on the "Shop" page, then click on the "More info" link found in the specific merchant's offer listing.

Do I need to use the same credit or debit card to shop that I used to enroll in SavingsAce?

After you log in to SavingsAce and click on a merchant's offer, you can use any credit or debit card you choose to make your purchase(s) on the merchant's website. Even if you don't use the credit or debit card you used when enrolling in SavingsAce, you'll still receive cash back for your purchase. Regardless of which credit or debit card you use to make your purchase, however, the cash back will be applied to the card you used when you enrolled in the program.

Can I use coupons, promo codes or other discounts from other sources and still earn cash back?

Be sure to compare offers carefully before trying to combine outside discounts with the cash back you can earn through SavingsAce. While some merchants will allow you to combine two or more offers for increased savings, other merchants only accept one discount offer per purchase. If you enter a coupon or promo code during your purchase, a merchant may recognize that discount but void the cash-back offer from SavingsAce; in that case, you'll only receive the savings provided by your coupon or promo code offer.

Many of your SavingsAce offers include not just discounts on the purchase price but also free shipping, a complimentary gift, and/or other perks. Remember to include those perks in your calculations when determining the best offer.

Bottom line: If a merchant voids our cash-back offer, you won't earn cash back for your purchase, even if you access the merchant's website via a link from our website. Shop wisely — carefully compare the offers before making any purchase.

What other ways can I earn cash back?

In addition to earning cash back by making qualifying purchases on our merchants' sites, you can earn cash back through:

• Monthly shopping rebates
• Monthly shipping rebates

Every time you claim cash back through the monthly rebates, your Cash Back Account will be updated to reflect the cash back amount you've earned. For full details on how to earn cash back with your shipping rebates, please click on the Protection tab.

Do the offers ever expire?

Because we're constantly updating our offers to bring our members the best cash-back deals on the web, some offers are subject to expiration. Limitations apply to cash-back bonuses earned through games, rebates, and polls.

How do I redeem my rebates?

A $10 Shopping Rebate and $5 Shipping Rebate are redeemable each month for any purchase you make through SavingsAce. Go to the home page, then click on the Bonus Rewards and Protection tabs for more information.

How does the Extended Warranty work?

For as long as you remain a member, your Extended Warranty covers any purchase made through SavingsAce, only if the manufacturer's warranty has expired. Visit the home page and click on the Protection tab now for more information.

How does Price Protection work?

As a member, you're guaranteed the lowest price on any product purchased through SavingsAce, or you'll receive cash back for the difference. Click on the Protection tab on the home page for more information. Price Protection rebates are limited to 5 rebates per month and each rebate is not to exceed $100.

Is there a trial membership period? How does it work?

Upon enrolling, you will have a trial membership period during which you can use the program benefits as much as you'd like. If you find the service is not for you, call us before the end of the trial period, toll-free at 888-593-5216, and you won't be charged the yearly or monthly membership fee.* If you wish to continue with your membership after the trial period you agreed upon, the low yearly or monthly membership fee is automatically charged to the billing source authorized by you.

*Online enrollees will be charged a $1.00 trial-period fee, in accordance with the agreed-upon enrollment terms.

Can I cancel my program if I decide it’s not for me?

Absolutely. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. There is never an obligation to remain a member.

If you cancel during your trial period, you won't be charged the membership fee.

No, SavingsAce is a complete package of benefits designed to work together to assist our members. Unfortunately, we cannot separate out specific benefits from the total package.

Is the SavingsAce website secure?

Yes. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your credit or debit card information from unauthorized access. When you place an order online and provide required credit card information, the SSL scrambles or encrypts your information before it's sent to us over the Internet. This protects your card information from being read while it's transferred through cyberspace. When we receive your order, the information is kept encrypted until we're ready to process your request. In addition, we meet all of the stringent requirements of the Verisign™ security seal for all online transactions.

How do I opt out of receiving future marketing e-mails?

Sign on using your membership ID number, visit our Contact Us page, select "Unsubscribe to future marketing" from the drop-down menu, and email us your request. Please be sure to include your name and membership ID number as well as the email address you'd like us to remove from our distribution list. Please note that, to ensure you remain as informed as possible on the status of your membership, after opting out, you may periodically receive emailed communications regarding benefit order confirmations, program updates and upcoming billing information.

What do I do if I forgot my membership ID number?

If you forgot your membership ID number, click here to retrieve it using your email address or credit/debit card number you provided when you enrolled in the program.

A minimum $5 shipping cost is required to claim the $5 Shipping Rebate.
You must spend a minimum of $10 before taxes and shipping to qualify for the $10 Shopping Rebate.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of Bonus Rewards and Protection benefits. You must be a member at the time of processing to receive your credits.
